Using our software solutions, we carry out an energy analysis and show you where you can save energy and costs.
Our transformation plans provide the action plan for this: prioritised by cost-effectiveness, from energy efficiency through renewable energies, load flexibility and storage (thermal as well as battery) to the use of green hydrogen.
Your greenhouse gas emissions fall measurably along the way.
Electrification of thermal production processes
In many industrial operations, process heat is the largest single block of energy costs. Depending on the temperature level, there are various ways to decouple it from natural gas: electrification, for example via high-temperature heat pumps or electrode boilers, supplemented by thermal storage that makes electricity available as heat during low-price hours, or the use of green hydrogen. Together with your technology suppliers, we find the solution with the best cost-effectiveness.
Solutions for the path to a hydrogen economy
For many companies, future-ready supply structures will not work without green hydrogen. Depending on the region, it will become available via pipelines within the next 5 to 15 years; until then, several other ways exist to source it. We know the details and prepare your feasibility study, complete with a cost-benefit analysis and funding applications.
Future-ready energy supply structures
With energy from renewable sources (wind / sun), generated in-house or sourced directly through PPAs, with battery storage for flexible load management and the replacement of natural gas with green hydrogen, you keep your operating costs stable over the long term, secure your supply and at the same time reduce your CO₂ emissions.
Integrated energy solutions for industrial areas
The ideal solution emerges when all the stakeholders in an industrial area think about energy together and develop an integrated solution built on future-ready renewable supply structures, sector coupling and the use of efficiency potential. We work out the best possible economics for the system as a whole.
